    actually that would be a good example of what i meant. i don’t think any of the areas where i saw this were even remotely in danger of suffering from rent increases, an influx of people with high incomes, or any type of urban renewal. repainting a really old building doesn’t count as urban renewal to me. it does however make a nice new canvas for graffiti.
